Reflections and letters to point you to truth and remind you that you’re never alone.
Called, Not Compared
Romans 12:4–5: “Now as we have many parts in one body, and all the parts do not have the same function. In the same way we who are many are one body in Christ and individually members of one another.”
The ‘Good Old Days’ are now
Ecclesiastes 7:10 - Do not say, “Why were the old days better than these?” For it is not wise to ask such questions.
Transformation Amid a Chaotic World
Romans 12:2 - “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is - his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
What’s The Hurry?
John Ortberg once said, "Hurry is the great enemy of spiritual life in our day." I would say that hurry is also a great detriment to building relationships.
Leaving the Comfort Zone
Deuteronomy 31:8 - “The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
Tag, You’re it
Revelation 3:20 - “See! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.”
